Why it's different

How it started
We built JobPick for one person in Barcelona who was tired of scrolling past hundreds of wrong jobs. Now we're opening it to everyone who's had enough of the same.

- Who is it for?
- Anyone looking for a job, in any field. You describe the work you want in your own words, and every match is scored against your own CV, not a list of keywords.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing while we're in early access, and no card is needed. We'll tell you well before anything becomes paid, and you can leave any time.
- Will you apply to jobs for me?
- No. We find the jobs and explain why each one fits; you decide and apply yourself. Nothing is ever sent to an employer in your name.
- How often will I hear from you?
- Only when something worth your time turns up. We check the boards twice a day and email you a short list, not a daily dump of everything new.
- Which cities?
- Remote roles anywhere, plus on-site and hybrid roles in the cities our early users live in. Tell us yours when you sign up; cities open as people ask for them.
- What happens to my CV?
- It's used only to match jobs for you. It's never sold, never shown to employers, and never used to train AI models. Ask and we delete everything.
